Lifebridge is now located at Coolangatta, Tweed Heads, Kingscliff, Murwillumbah, Chinderah and Pottsville making access to Lifebridge even easier. Our Hubs model, seeks to build community integration and inclusion, to take advantage of the wonderful surrounds of each of the areas and to ensure our participants are actively involved in the local community.

Disability and Aged Care services are now largely delivered in the community through local partnerships and general community support. This approach seeks to further the independence of the individual, decrease isolation and to improve inclusion within their community. With support, together we are nurturing the skills and abilities of the individual to achieve their set goals and outcomes.

Our Hubs service offering is continually evolving. If you’re interested in a particular Hub, please contact us to see what we can do now and in the future.
