About Carer Services
Lifebridge Carer Services offers supports to the Carers of people who are aged, frail or living with Dementia. These services are designed to help you continue providing the vital care and supports to those who need it most.
Our Carer Services provide you with the opportunity to reflect on your needs and to share your personal experiences with other carers alike. Within a friendly and supportive environment you will learn from other carers as well as, guest speakers and will be able to take advantage of some respite.
At Lifebridge, we offer flexibility in our services, overnight respites, group activities and individual respite. We will work with you to develop a plan that’s right for you and the person you provide care to.
How we do it
Our Carer Services offer flexibility in their delivery and we will develop a tailored plan to help you and the person you provide care for to achieve your goals.
When you participate in our Carer Services you join the Lifebridge community that is both friendly and welcoming. Our community removes isolation barrier for both Carers and their care recipients. In all our Carer Services we encourage open dialogue and you will benefit from a confidential and judgement free environment.
Our Carer Services are designed to place your needs first and to help you find balance between your needs and the needs of your care recipient.

What our clients have to say
“I have been attending Active Ninjas for the last 4 months. Go-karting was my favourite. The Support Workers are awesome, they are all ‘dags’! I have fun attending the outings. One word to describe the Active Ninja group – AWESOMENESS! In the future I would like to attend Movieworld, Timezone and Go-Karting again”.
